Brock Lesnar Re-Signs with World Wrestling Entertainment

In an interview earlier today with ESPN, Brock Lesnar has announced that he was not returning to the UFC. Lesnar stated that the CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment, Vince McMahon, gave him an offer that “he could not refused.” He went on to say that he’s getting full time pay for part-time work. Though it’s hard for wrestling fans to stomach that fact, it’s a situation that most of us would not mind.

Brock Lesnar added “I could go back to the Octagon, but what am I going to gain? I was the UFC heavyweight champion of the world. Due to my illness, my career got cut short. That’s God telling you, ‘it’s time to move on.’”

This move will in fact have some ripple effects throughout the WWE for the remainder of 2015 and beyond.
